Post-DSP Convolution Engines

ARIA comes with four post-DSP convolution engines for your mono, 2-channel, and 4-channel impulse response files. Each engine supports up to two IR transforms including Invert (spectral inversion), Resample (time stretch/compress), Diffuse (randomized scattering), Tilt (spectral balance), GDelay (group delay manipulation), and HRTF (binaural spatialization).

Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) that support these plugin formats will host ARIA Studio.

We're working to bring an AAX version next.

Audio Routing

Whether you're on the standalone app or the plugin in a DAW, you'll want a virtual audio cable for routing.

Try options like BlackHole, Loopback, or HiFi Cable & ASIO Bridge by VB Cable.

Sample Rate

Both the plugin and standalone app support sample rates ranging from 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz.

Convolution Files

Mono, 2-channel stereo, and 4-channel true stereo impulse response .wav files are accepted at all supported sample rates.

Mac Preset Locations

Current Location:

~/Music/altitude/shared/preset/Aria/

Old Beta Location:

~/Music/altitude/product/Aria/preset/.../User/

If you used the beta, relocate your User presets to the new shared location. Leave Factory presets behind. Convolution settings will reset due to module updates.

Windows Preset Locations

Current Location:

C:\ProgramData\Altitude\shared\preset\Aria\

Old Beta Location:

C:\ProgramData\Altitude\product\Aria\preset\...\User\
